| Comments: | I always heard that memon are very honest businessman this is the reason I have purchased a plot from one memon builder M/S FINE ARCH builders and developers 21-Alhamd mention, SB-42. Block 13-B Gulshan e Iqbal, Main university road, karachi. Phone:- 9221-4828376-7 and 9221-4822306 at FINE city 400 sq/yard residential booked the plot at dated 03-08-2004. The GM marketing is Amir Thara and the owner if Munaf Memon. From this date I am paying the payment according to schedule regularly and my last payment has been deposited at dated 20-07-05 slip no 4298. Sir yesterday I have gone to their office to deposit further payment but the builder General manager Mr Amir Thara has told me that due to just unable to pay THREE months installment he has cancelled my plot and has sold to another customer. And now I have two options 1) I shall purchase another plot of 100 sq/yards from him in the same amount as my previous plot. 2) I can take payment of my installment that is Rs 1,51700( one hundred fifty one thousand ) only. If I should go to court for justice then he will not return any above amount of my installment. Sir, to listen the above words from Mr Amir Thara I am deeply depressed and already I am a patients of heart and high blood pressure and now I am under treatment of doctor. I will kindly request to you take action against the builder to use the fraudulent way as to earn more money and cheating the innocent people like me and give me justice. I am ready to pay the amount according to the schedule including the late fees penalty. All payments receipt and file I have if you want to see then kindly advise me. Hope being a memon community you will take action on those memon people who are looting and cheating the innocent people like me and also degraded the memon comunity. May God bless to you.
