Mem Bombay Legislative Coun, 1916-19; mem Impl Legis Coun, 1919-20; mem Coun of State, 1921-25 (Bombay Pressy M); re-elected 1926 (same const); successfully piloted the Cutchi Memon Bill, 1920; lost the 1930 elections.
